High Intensity Discharge lamps or better known as H.I.D. lights are designed to give a greater amount of light output per watt of electricity input compared to standard fluorescent and incandescent lamps. HID lights do not have a filament to break or degrade, meaning they last up to 10 times longer than standard halogen lights. HID lights provide the brightest illumination available and increase peripheral visibility up to 70% more than halogen bulbs and provide up to 3x more illuminated coverage than stock lighting. What this means is more visibility during night time driving, for a safer commute for you and your passengers by providing a better overall view of the roadway and the ability to see upcoming objects quickly and more clearly.

No modifications required and will work on OEM projector or reflector headlight housings. If applicable, HID Xenon Lighting can also be installed into factory fog light locations for increased lighting coverage and styling. Vehicles already equipped with OEM HID lighting have the option of just replacing the HID bulbs with a different color.

It is a common misconception that higher colour temperatures (K’s) produce brighter lights. This is not true. The colour temperature only determines the colour but not the brightness of the HID light. OEM car manufacturers equip their vehicles with 4300k HID bulbs which produce the most daylight-like light output. Lower temperature like 3000k will produce deep gold-yellow color, suitable for fog lights. Higher color temperatures will output light with a hint of blue/purple like the 6000k - 8000k bulbs and as you go higher up the scale, a more purple color is produced. Please note that Kelvin Colour Temperatures about 6000K may be illegal on pubic highways and is to be off road used only. Color chart image above is for representation only. You can also select which lighting system to upgrade, from your standard low beam lights, high beam lights and or fog lights. Slim size ballasts are also available for easy mounting in almost any location. HID Xenon Headlight Kits come with a limited life time warranty on ballast ONLY.
