The aFe PRO Dry S air filter used by the Takeda performance air intake system uses a 2-layer synthetic media that requires no oils. This filter is 99.2% efficient filtering out all of the most harmful air contaminants while allowing maximum flow. This filter requires no oils and cleans with soap and water for maximum convenience. Though these filters are used in all Takeda intake systems, they are universal and will fit other intake pipes using the same diameter opening. Takeda does offer many different size diameters and dimensions to fit individual needs and preferences. Takeda filters are a great upgrade for those with warn out, old filters that no longer offer any performance gains. Remember, a dirty filter prohibits air flow, minimizing engine efficiency and performance.
