DC Sports stainless steel up-pipes are manufactured with polished stainless steel piping and mandrel bent for smother exhaust flow. DC Sports up-pipes are designed to eliminate the factory catalytic converter for an unrestricted exhaust flow. This difference in flow produces a significant increase in power and performance. DC Sports up-pipes are dyno tuned to ensure maximum performance gains for your factory turbocharged vehicles.

DC Sports turbo up-pipes are dyno tested to outperform all comparable up-pipe systems on the market. Extensive research and development goes into each system to ensure the best performance for your vehicle. Piping is precision bent on their CNC mandrel benders, using data acquired from a non-contact digitizing scanner. Flanges are CNC machined and then machine grinded on the mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal and a tight surface-to-surface contact. Robotic welding is used to attach the flange to the up-pipes, providing a strong and clean seal. DC Sports state-of-the-art manufacturing process ensures superior quality and a perfect fit with every up-pipe system they make.

Due to the cat-delete design, these up-pipes are intended for Off Road Use ONLY and should not be used on public highways. Each system will include installation instructions and all necessary hardware.
