DC Sports Turbo Manifolds is the perfect upgrade for tuners looking to extract the most power from your factory turbocharged vehicle. The larger diameter mandrel bent pipes increase air capacity and provide a smoother flow of exhaust gases. This also increases the efficiency of the turbocharger, making more power under the same boost levels. Because of the high temperature demands of turbo applications, DC Sports uses special manufacturing techniques to virtually eliminate the chance of failure, including preparing the plasma cut material for welding, using a slower weld process and thicker rods for deeper weld penetration. Extra durability is also provided by the purging of the inner tube sections with Argon gas to strengthen the backside of welds.

DC Sports turbo manifolds are dyno tested to outperform all comparable header systems on the market. Extensive research and development goes into each system to ensure the best performance for your vehicle. Piping is precision bent on their CNC mandrel benders, using data acquired from a non-contact digitizing scanner. Flanges are CNC machined and then machine grinded on the mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal and a tight surface-to-surface contact. Robotic welding is used to attach the flange to the header pipes, providing a strong and clean seal.
