DC Sports one-piece race headers also feature equal length primary piping to ensure optimum tuning for more power across the RPM range. Extensive research and development goes into each system to ensure the best performance for your vehicle. Piping is precision bent on their CNC mandrel benders, using data acquired from a non-contact digitizing scanner. Flanges are CNC machined and then machine grinded on the mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal and a tight surface-to-surface contact. Robotic welding is used to attach the flange to the header pipes, providing a strong and clean seal.
