Available in 100% 304 polished stainless steel or mild steel with a corrosion resistant ceramic coating, this race-inspired 4-into-1 CAD-rendered design emphasizes top-end power for road racing applications. Power is achieved with their trapezoidal merge collector design. The merge collector is proven to efficiently expedite exhaust gas flow by virtually eliminating turbulence. This design also improves ground clearance by allowing them to offset the top and bottom header piping. Equal length primary piping ensures optimum tuning for more power across the RPM range. DC Sports header systems are dyno tested to outperform all comparable header systems on the market. Extensive research and development goes into each system to ensure the best performance for your vehicle. Piping is precision bent on their CNC mandrel benders, using data acquired from a non-contact digitizing scanner. Flanges are CNC machined and then machine grinded on the mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal and a tight surface-to-surface contact. Robotic welding is used to attach the flange to the header pipes, providing a strong and clean seal.
