We primarily use UPS to ship your orders. Most shipments are insured for your protection against fraud or shipping damages. Occasionally, we may ship using Federal Express (FedEx), Pilot Freight, Bax Global, and U.S. Postal Services (USPS).
We strive to ship your order out as fast as possible. Most parts in stock are shipped within 1-2 days of receiving your order. For most in-stock parts, we can ship them out the same day of receiving your order if it's placed before 12 PM PST.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you can track your order onlineusing the shipment tracking number we provide. With this information, you know exactly where your order is and when it will arrive. To track your order online, simply log into your account on our secure server.
Our standard shipping usually takes anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. An estimated shipping time frame is below.
Delivery time frame (business days from the day item is shipped)
West Coast: 2 to 3 days
Midwest: 3 to 4 days
East Coast: 4 to 6 days
Hawaii and Alaska: 3 to 4 days
Canada: 3 to 4 days
Puerto Rico: 3 to 4 days
These are only estimates to give you a reference time frame; actual delivery time may change. To get more accurate information of your shipment, use our online order tracking feature to obtain the shipment tracking number to precisely identify your order's estimated time of arrival.
RETURNS
All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receive.
Special order items are not refundable.
All returns must be authorized by Mosaic Motorsports and must have an RMA number attached. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected.
Once an RMA has been authorized, we must receive the item within 14 days for the RMA to remain valid.
Returned items will be accepted only if the items are in unopened, unused condition and in their original packaging.
We will refund you back the full price of the item minus shipping charges after we have received and inspected the return; restocking fee may also be assessed if applicable. For order with free shipping, we will refund you the order amount minus the normal shipping cost as quoted by our website. For international returns, any duties that we have paid are also not refundable.
If the returned item has been opened, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Returns that are missing the original box, bolts, gaskets, or other original items will be rejected with no refund given. Items that have been installed or tested will be rejected with no refund given.
Returns lost or damaged during shipping back to us will need to be claimed for insurance by you with your shipper. Please make sure you keep your return shipping receipt and tracking information for this purpose. You will be reimbursed by the shipper directly for the insurance claim. No refund will be issued by us for damaged item during the return process.
