Any engine upgrade that increases power will increase engine load, thus more heat will be generated. A stock radiator can only handle so much heat before it starts to rob engine power and slowly deteriorate your motor. Koyo has spent the last 53 years manufacturing OE radiators and understands the relationship between cooling and great performance.

Koyorad radiators first start with the highest quality 3003 industrial grade aluminum. The superior quality in materials is what gives Koyorad radiators the reputation for durability and quality. Each Koyorad radiator is then Heliarc welded individually by hand. This process creates the strongest aluminum to aluminum bond, to mate all components. Nocolok brazing is also introduced to the tubes, fins, headers and brackets to ensure a solid connection that resist damage from vibration, road debris and the elements. Precision machined billet filler necks are incorporated on each Koyorad radiator for strength, durability and better sealing.

Once construction is complete, testing of each Koyorad radiator is performed on the track for maximum efficiency. Each Koyorad radiator is also designed vehicle specific so installation is a breeze. Fan shroud location, inlet/outlet hoses and top/bottom mounting pins all retain their OE locations to ensure the best fit and a hassle-free installation. Koyorad Racing Radiators are all designed for manual transmission vehicles only (unless otherwise noted). Stock radiator caps will NOT work on Koyorad Racing Radiators. Koyo Hyper Radiator Cap SKC-13 is required on all Koyorad Racing Radiators (when applicable). Koyorad Racing Radiators are designed as an OE replacement and will bolt on with no welding. Some minor modifications may be required to inlet/outlet hoses to accommodate the increased thickness. All hardware required for installation is included.
