The Buddy Club D1 Damper Kit is a high performance sports suspension kit designed by engineers using vast quantities of data that Buddy Club has accumulated in the past 15 years of racing experience. By using its high performance aluminum damper on various race cars and tuned cars, Buddy Club was able to focus more on the proper damper size, spring rate, dampening and stroke length to suit driving styles not only for the track, but for daily sport driving as well.

The Buddy Club D1 Damper Kit features adjustable ride height. With an adoption of an adjustable bracket, the lowest ride height position can be achieved without any use of helper springs. 15 levels of damper adjustment can easily be changed from hard to soft with an easy to use click adjusting dial. Vehicle ride height is adjusted independently of spring pre-load. With other alternatives available on the market today, vehicle ride height is adjusted by reducing or increasing the preload on the coil spring. This primitive method leads to inconsistent spring rates that are dependent upon the vehicle ride height. Independent spring load ensures that the spring rate is always consistent, no matter how high or low your car is. In addition, it ensures that the spring is always properly positioned onto the strut and effectively reduces miscellaneous and unnecessary noise. The Buddy Club Racing Spec Damper Kit has a dampening adjustment range from stiff (+4kg/mm) to soft (-4kg/mm) and can easily be adjusted for fine tuning the vehicles handling performance.

Application with upper pillow upper mount allows you to have greater handling response, by minimizing upper chassis movement. Caster adjustment allows the correction of camber for further tuning ability. Caster adjustment plates are not included on all applications.
